David L. Lawrence Convention Center
The Convention Center designed and installed a recycling system with a focus on attainment of LEED certification.  This included system design, identifying/purchasing equipment, development of a building operations manual, staff training, design and production of signage, the installation of collection and storage containers and identifying/contracting with haulers/processors.  The current recycling efforts are focused on collecting glass, plastic and metal containers, mixed paper, corrugated cardboard and food waste.
